Production Technician – 1st Shift | $16.00/hr | Lima, NY

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Kickstart your manufacturing career with us! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join the 1st shift at our clean, well-organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. No prior experience required we provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

Shift & Pay:

+ Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ Starting at $16.00/hour with weekly pay

What You’ll Do:

+ Load and unload production machines safely and efficiently

+ Operate assembly and lamination equipment with attention to detail

+ Inspect, label, and package products to meet quality standards

+ Record production and inspection data accurately

+ Keep your work area clean and safe

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

+ Work collaboratively with your team and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

+ Reliable transportation (no bus access)

+ Ability to stand and move throughout your shift

+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions in English

+ Dependable with strong attendance and a team-focused attitude
