**BayCare is currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to join our team as a Talent Management System Administrator.** This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about using technology and data to support talent development and high-quality care. As one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area, BayCare offers a collaborative environment, professional growth opportunities, and a mission-driven culture focused on serving our community.

Partner with training teams to upload, test, and deploy learning content (eLearning, videos, SCORM packages, etc.).
Manage course creation, enrollment rules, learning paths, and certification tracking.
Facilitate the integration and management of third-party content providers such as LinkedIn Learning and compliance training vendors.
Support system access, configuration updates, and maintenance to ensure peak efficiency.
Educate and train stakeholders across all levels of the organization on system use, best practices, and reporting functionality.
Represent the Talent Systems team during internal meetings, on-site events, and external presentations, providing guidance and strategic insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce development initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Analyze system usage and learning metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Lead system updates, testing, and optimization projects while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
