**Location:** Onsite at West Wilson, North Carolina
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead** to join our Client’s highly collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will lead the local change management efforts during the deployment of SAP systems, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working. By executing proven change management methodologies, plans, and toolkits, you will play a pivotal role in preparing teams for transformation and driving sustained success post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Leadership
+ Lead all change management activities.
+ Collaborate with and guide site-based Training Coordinators where applicable.
+ Contribute insights for continuous improvement of the change management toolkit.
Business Readiness
+ Develop and maintain a stakeholder map and engagement plan for the local site.
+ Coach and support SAP Super Users to act as change agents within their teams.
+ Conduct readiness assessments and feedback sessions with leadership and end-users.
Impacts of Change
+ Partner with site teams to identify and assess local impacts of change (IOCs).
+ Drive the creation and execution of action plans to address key IOCs.
+ Monitor progress and effectiveness of change initiatives and address resistance proactively.
Benefits Realization
+ Collaborate with the Market Lead to identify, quantify, and prioritize potential benefits of change.
+ Ensure alignment with site leadership on key benefits and their realization.
Communication and Engagement
+ Own and execute the local communications plan, ensuring consistent and clear messaging to stakeholders.
+ Create impactful communication materials, such as presentations, SharePoint updates, and posters.
+ Support Super Users in effectively communicating process and people impacts to end users.
Organizational Alignment
+ Lead role mapping education activities for Super Users and oversee the controlled assignment of SAP access.
+ Work with HR and leadership to establish a sustainable framework for Super User roles post go-live.
Training
+ Develop and manage local training plans, ensuring resources and schedules align with business needs.
+ Monitor and report training completion status to leadership.
Governance and Reporting
+ Track and report on business readiness through leadership and OCM governance forums.
+ Manage OCM deliverables for key project milestones and tollgate meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
+ Proven experience in **organizational change management** within a large-scale program, ideally with **SAP change management** experience.
+ Passion for driving organizational change and expertise in managing resistance effectively.
+ Familiarity with planning and coordinating training programs.
+ Exceptional **stakeholder management** , **project management** , and **influencing skills** .
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
