Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
**Pay:** $21 per hour

What You’ll Do
+ Inspect incoming materials against purchase orders; reject and return items that don’t meet standards.
+ Coordinate daily and weekly shipping schedules with department leads to keep production on track.
+ Perform in-process and final inspections on parts and products; communicate any adjustments needed to the production team.
+ Assemble and install parts based on blueprints and customer specifications.
+ Package and ship parts accurately and on time; prepare and verify shipping documents with Customer Service and Production Control.
+ Record inspection results in reports and databases, noting any rework or scrap.
+ Ensure all production paperwork is completed and submitted properly.
+ Coordinate outside processing activities, including preparing parts and occasionally delivering or picking them up.
+ Maintain equipment by following maintenance schedules and requesting repairs or calibrations as needed.
+ Promote a safe work environment by following all safety standards and procedures.
+ Continue to develop skills through training and use of technical resources.

Qualifications
+ 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
+ ERP system experience (Epicor preferred).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
+ Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
+ Basic math skills for inventory and shipment tracking.
Work Environment
+ Manufacturing floor with moderate noise levels.
+ Requires regular standing, bending, walking, lifting, and occasional driving for local deliveries/pickups.
+ Must be willing and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
