Description We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to oversee strategic procurement operations and drive impactful sourcing strategies for our organization. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect spend, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering responsible procurement practices. Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and category management efforts across direct and indirect spend categories.

• Develop and implement procurement tools, templates, and control frameworks tailored to organizational needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain spend reporting systems and category taxonomies.

• Drive procurement capability building and change management within the organization.

• Provide commercial oversight, ensuring procurement activities deliver measurable value and support organizational goals.

• Work closely with leadership to align sourcing frameworks and tools with group standards and market-specific requirements.

• Manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions and optimize processes.

• Oversee the adoption of procurement technology and systems to enhance efficiency.

• Foster collaboration across business units to ensure procurement strategies align with overall organizational objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement lifecycle management.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing procurement strategies and frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead change management and influence diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.

• Familiarity with procurement technologies and platforms.

• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering purpose-driven results.
