    Job Title: 1st Shift - Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team for the first shift. As a Production Worker, you will be involved in every aspect of the production process, from product selection and assembly to finishing and shipping. Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow layouts to accurately place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates.

    + Prepare substrates for vinyl application by cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.

    + Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, using various techniques based on size and complexity.

    + Operate and maintain printers effectively.

    + Perform quality assurance checks by interpreting Work Orders and proofing for errors.

    + Conduct finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces.

    + Monitor and report inventory levels for reordering.

    + Maintain clean and organized storage areas.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, assembly, and general production tasks.

    + Proficiency in inspection and using hand tools.

    + Capability in machine operation, loading, and using tape measures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to stand for extended periods.

    + Capability to lift 50 or more pounds.

    + Flexibility to lean over waist-high tables and apply graphics with precision.

    + Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

    + Skill in using light power equipment.

    This is a Contract position based out of NA, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
