    Job Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms to be aligned with current brand campaigns and initiatives.

    + Maintain alignment with sales and customer experience teams to ensure a cohesive experience of our brand.

    + Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

    + Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages and interactions in a timely and authentic manner to build strong relationships with our audience while staying aligned with the Trijicon brand voice and company values.

    + Continuously optimize strategies based on platform algorithms to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

    + Build and execute a dynamic monthly social content calendar detailing social media posts and other content deliverables to communicate the brand story and support constant engagement.

    + Creating, curating, and scheduling a library of engaging social media content and marketing assets from both internal and external sources, including but not limited to user generated content, content created by influencers and partnering brands, and in-house generated content.

    + Coordinating and organizing content produced by content creators, brand ambassadors, dealers, well aligned brands, and other partners, including vetting and managing strategic collaborations.

    + Informing the content creation efforts of the organization with what assets are needed, and when, to support the brand’s social media marketing efforts, and working with internal and external resources to accomplish the goals of social media activities in an efficient and timely manner.

    + Creating social media content assets, as needed and assigned, to support the content calendar and ensure key initiatives have relevant assets.

    + Implementing tactics to grow social media audiences to optimize reach, engagement, and brand loyalty.

    + Working with Content Coordinators to plan and coordinate photo and video shoots to generate social media specific content.

    + Working closely with the Customer Service team to address product related questions and concerns raised through social media channels in a timely and appropriate manner consistent with the Trijicon brand voice.

    + Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to influence strategic planning and identify new opportunities.

    + Other tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    + Five or more years of experience managing the entire social media presence for a large-scale growth organization.

    + A solutions-oriented mentality.

    + An in-depth understanding of current and emerging social media channels and audiences and their related algorithms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.

    + Experience building and managing engaging social media content calendars.

    + Experience in curating, creating and deploying social content (photo, video, copywriting, stories, reels etc.).

    + Experience serving as the voice for an organization within forum-based platforms (e.g., Reddit, Quora, industry-specific forums).

    + In-depth knowledge of the firearms industry, including trends and current events that may impact social media marketing activities. Firearms training experience preferred.

    + Understanding regulations, guidelines, and requirements related to advertising and social media marketing in the firearms industry.

    + Experience with social post scheduling software, e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Strong ethics, integrity and leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence.

    + Excellent creative thinking ability, and experience utilizing creative thinking to innovate new digital solutions.

    + Ability to prioritize, work collaboratively and respond effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.

    + Excellent detail and organizational skills.

    + Maintain and project Trijicon’s business image, vision, mission, and values at all times.

    + Project management and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent writing and creative visual skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Excel).

    + Experience capturing photo and video content and editing for social posting.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

    + This role is based in Wixom, MI.

    + Prior experience in the outdoor/firearm industry or lifestyle content.

    + Ability to travel up to 20%.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving multiple complex or variable situations.
