    Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the Department of the Navy's (DON's) financial and supply chain system of record, responsible for providing critical information to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) programs in support of budgets, milestone reviews, and supply chain functionality. Navy ERP supports both General Fund and Working Capital Fund activities, ensuring statutory and regulatory policy compliance and enabling mandatory external reporting.

     

    NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) is the primary location for NAVAIR Navy ERP expertise. The NBO provides a central point for resolution of NAVAIR Navy ERP requirements and serves as the Center of Excellence (COE) for issue resolution. This program requires a team of highly qualified professionals with experience in business solutions, reporting / analysis, user management, and modernization efforts including S/4HANA.

     

    This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

    Responsibilities

    Major Job Activities:

    + Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.

    + Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program / project issues.

    + Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements.

    + Manages acquisition and employment of program / project resources.

    Material & Equipment Directly Used:

    Standard office automation equipment.

    Working Environment:

    Standard Government owned and operated office environment.

    Physical Activities:

    No non-standard activities required.

    Qualifications

    Education / Certifications:

    + MS or MA degree in Business Administration, Management, or other Relevant Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university.

    + A BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for an MS or MA degree.

    Experience / Skills:

    + At least eight (8) years of professional experience in Defense acquisition, and

    + Four (4) years of experience in support of Navy Acquisition management.

    + Experience with corporate business solutions, hardware and software, configuration control, software testing, systems integration, and systems supportability.

    + Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives.

    + Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series.

    + Demonstrated experience working with large and diverse teams and providing guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.

    + Supervisory experience.

    Clearance Requirement:

    Candidates must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.
