Job Summary
The Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development is seeking students to assist in performing various administrative and clerical duties.

Essential Functions
+ Admit visitors/guests into suite
+ Greet and assist visitors/guests
+ Manage phone calls and walk-ins
+ Sort and distribute mail
+ Run errands on campus
+ Data entry (if needed)
+ Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
+ Submit facilities work order requests for office
+ Assist with meetings; securing catering, room reservations, room setup, preparing name tags/tents, etc.
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Currently enrolled Auburn University undergraduate student
+ Experience with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and/orZOOM
+ Excellent phone etiquette

Pay Rate
$12.00/hour
Work Hours
10-15 hours/week
