    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES:

    • Follow all safety rules and SOP’s

    • Record keeping and general administrative duties.

    • Participation in team activities and team meetings.

    • Active participation in problem solving initiatives.

    • Able to be trained and to train others.

    • Maintain cleanliness of plant and facility.

    • Advancement in job skills.

    • Possess basic computer skills and ability to share statistical performance data.

    • Prior experience operating/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.

    • Attend any and all training classes provided by the company.

    • Setup and troubleshooting of Mod-Packers and Robot Packers

    • Work in close cooperation with set up, post molding technicians and communicate effectively with all departments.

    • Must be able to keep parts room neat and orderly and maintain inventory.

    • Must be punctual and have minimum attendance discrepancies.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Able to lift up to 35lbs.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • High school degree or equivalent.

    • Basic computer skills and ability to share statistical performance data.

    • Pass drug screen, physical, and background check.

    • Communication skills both written and verbal.

    • Able to work continuous operation schedule (days/nights/weekends).

    • Be available to work a reasonable amount of overtime, if required.

    • Communication of quality issues to production/quality personnel in a timely manner.

    • Prior experience operating/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.

    • Ability to read, interpret and perform the physical requirements related to the SOP’s.

    • Able to read prints electrical, mechanical. hydraulics, and pneumatics and able to trouble shoot and make necessary repairs.
