• RN Case Manager

    Amergis (French Camp, CA)


    Salary: $3042 / Week

     

    The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current RN licensure in state practicing

    + At least one year of Case Management experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

     
     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Case Manager RNs for a 13-week contract at a hospital in French Camp, CA . This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs with a strong background in acute care case management to join a collaborative team and make a real impact.

     
     

    + Location: French Camp, CA

    + Duration: 13 weeks

    + Schedule: 40 hours/week, flexible shifts, some weekends required

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Travel Pay: $3,042/week

    + Includes $1,600 taxable income + $1,442 stipends

    + Local Pay Rate: $75/hour

    ? Ideal Candidate Qualifications

    + Must have Case Manager experience in an acute care setting

    + Recent Discharge Planning experience

    + Strong background in Denials Management

    + Skilled in Utilization Review

    + InterQual proficiency

    + Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

    + Knowledge of current Medicare guidelines

    + Critical clinical thinking skills

    + Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
