    **Location:** Kennedy Krieger Institute – Greenspring Campus, Baltimore, MD

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Day Shift

    **Department:** LEAP (Lifeskills & Education for Students with Autism and other Pervasive Developmental Disorders)

     

    Are you a passionate and experienced **Speech-Language Pathologist** ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental disorders? Join our dynamic **LEAP Program** at Kennedy Krieger Institute, where innovation meets compassion.

    What You'll Do:

    + Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students ages 5–21 in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

    + Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique communication needs.

    + Work closely with educators, behavior analysts, and families to support holistic development.

    + Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques, including AAC devices and social communication strategies.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    + Maryland SLP licensure (or eligibility)

    + ASHA CCC-SLP certification

    + Minimum 2 years of pediatric or school-based experience preferred

    + Passion for working with neurodiverse populations
