Required Skills:
Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources.
2. Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across their areas of software development for the organization.
3. Understand product requirements, technical challenges, business needs, and develop a plan for mitigating risk and delivering features that meet the requirements.
4. Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution.
5. Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
6. Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment, and drive impact through deployment of key initiatives.

7. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation

9. 1. JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
10. 2. Google (Gsuite) Docs, Sheets, and Slides
11. 3. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
12. 4. Relational databases and SQL
13. 5. Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
14. 6. Building highly-scalable performant solutions
15. 7. Phase gate approach to technology development projects
16. 8. Business analysis, technical analysis, design, implementation, software development, agile, scrum methodology, customization, maintenance, training, and implementation of packaged software and
17. 9. Microsoft SQL, Server, Oracle, or Microsoft Access
Public Compensation:
$245,397/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
