    JOB SUMMARY:

    Manufacturing Plant Management is accountable for all processes/teams associated with

     

    manufacturing, engineering, and production across the plant including: Manufacturing Engineering,

     

    Manufacturing Production Operations, Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations,

     

    Manufacturing Production Planning & Control, Quality, Environmental and Employee Health & Safety.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Individuals in these roles primarily focus on directing, leveraging, and guiding the work ofothers, and mobilizing resources.

    + Leaders typically manage two or more direct reports.

    + Responsible for the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results of two seperate manufacturing facilities.

    + Responsible for people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training,and developing employees.

    + Progression within the levels reflects increase in scope and responsibilities as well as growth inbusiness and industry experience, process and people leadership capabilities, and broadtechnical expertise.

    + Manages subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees who exercisesignificant latitude and independence.

    + Often heads one or more departments.

    + Allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual business plans.

    + Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge oforganizational objectives.

    + Requires a comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline andknowledge of other disciplines.

    + Solves complex problems leveraging resources within or outside the organization.

    + Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria forobtaining results.

    + Applies knowledge of key business drivers and factors that maximize performance to area ofresponsibility.

    + Establishes operating policies and procedures that affect departments and subordinate sectionsand work units.

    + Interprets company-wide policies and procedures.

    + Develops and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performancerequirements.

    + Assignments are objective oriented; work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization'sobjectives and timelines.

    + Decisions have an extended impact on work processes and outcomes.

    + Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results may cause critical delays and modifications toprojects or operations and substantial expenditure of resources.

    + Interacts frequently with internal and external leadership and senior-level customerrepresentatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/orcontractual clarifications.

    + Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    + Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.

    Pay Range:** **$135,565.00** **-** **$180,690.00

    This role is incentive plan eligible. Additional information will be shared during the hiring process.
