    Diabetes Education Clinic: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - This position will be sitting at our Immanuel Clinic off of 72nd & Sorenson Pkwy! (You will float 1 day a week to 42nd & L with the provider)

     

    Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8a-430p, Wednesday 8a-5p

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

    + Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

    + Completion of IV Therapy Course

    Pay Range

    $20.86 - $29.46 /hour
