Our client, a leader in the Insurance and Real Estate industry, is seeking an Insurance Specialist to join their team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **Insurance Specialist

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Conduct comprehensive insurance analysis and risk assessments for commercial properties.

+ Monitor compliance of insurance for various lenders and investors.

+ Manage premium disbursements from escrow and ensure timely correspondence with stakeholders.

+ Review appraisals and collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with investor guidelines.

+ Act responsibly to protect the interests of investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks.

+ Excellent communication skills to articulate findings effectively.

+ Ability to self-manage a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic environment.

+ Demonstrated character through tenure with previous jobs and community involvement.
