    Job Title: IT Analyst

    Position overview:

    + Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology

    + Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline and simplify processes

    + Develop and deploy IT solutions

    + Develops procedures for proper utilization of IT technology

    + Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions

    + Evaluates and modifies existing technology

    + Provide after-hour technical support as needed

    Technical skills:

    + Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) experience (2+ years)

    + VMware vSphere / ESXi Virtualization experience (2+ years)

    + Network Support: LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches experience (2+ years) Cysco, VPM, netowrking.

    + Hardware Troubleshooting: PCs, printers, mobile devices experience (1+ year)

    + ERP Support: SAP user assistance and basic module knowledge of S/4 HANA (1+ year)

    + Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions experience (1+ year)

    + Help Desk Ticketing Systems experience (6+ months) – ideally ServiceNow

    Other skills:

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong problem solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively

     

    Contract term: Estimate 6-12 months

    If the position were posted full-time the base salary range would be $73k-$82k
