    The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Information Technology Senior Manager** to join the team in **Berkeley, MO** or **Hazelwood, MO** .

     

    The successful candidate will be a leader of our Information Technology professionals supporting proprietary programs in the St Louis region to meet the needs of today's warfighter. It is a fast-paced position within our Specialized US Infrastructure Operations team, leading new technology insertion, meeting new program commitments, and meeting our compliance and regulatory needs.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Empower teams so they can operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-organization, and deliver to business priorities

    + Manage the team and their deliverables, including projections for future needs, to ensure alignment with organizational goals

    + Work with managers to manage work priorities, facilitate skill assignments, and address people actions in order to maintain high performing work teams

    + Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

    + Manage technical debt to ensure products get and stay ahead of the technology obsolescence curve

    + Manage financial performance

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple computing platforms and organizations

    + 5+ years of experience working on and/or leading Agile teams

    + 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Experience with Infrastructure Operations

    + Experience coaching and mentoring peers and/or reports to continuous learning and improvement

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: $174,250 – $235,750
