We are growing! The Intermediate Customer Care Specialist is a valued member of a small executive office of customer care (EOCC) team. Must use sound judgment to classify and route customer concerns consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner that benefits OneMain and our customers.

In the Role

+ Promptly and accurately enter customer concerns in the complaint management system.

+ Accurately categorize customer concerns in the complaint management system.

+ Promptly and accurately route customer concerns, using the complaint management system, to the appropriate Customer Care Resolution Group.

+ May help identify trends in customer complaints to assist with root cause analysis.

Requirements

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Requires strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

+ Goal and results driven.

+ Strong time management skills.

+ 1-2 experience in thriving in a production goal-oriented environment.

+ 1-2 years’ experience in a data entry environment.

+ Strong computer knowledge and have the ability to work in multiple systems.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to approach a problem analytically.
