Who You’ll Work With

What You’ll DoTax Leadership & Strategy

+ Lead preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns

+ Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services for individuals and businesses

+ Research and resolve complex tax issues with well-documented positions and memos

+ Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting

Client Relationship Management

+ Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication

+ Deliver tailored solutions that address client concerns and goals

+ Represent the firm with professionalism and strategic insight

Team Development & Mentorship

+ Guide and mentor junior staff, interns, and senior accountants

+ Provide technical support and foster professional growth across the team

+ Promote a collaborative, positive work culture

Operational Excellence

+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

+ Leverage tax software (CCH, Thomson Reuters) to optimize workflows

+ Maintain accurate time and project records

Business Development

+ Identify cross-selling opportunities and support proposal development

+ Participate in networking and client acquisition efforts
