We are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for leading the development of software products and features for HP consumer experiences.

In this role, you will define, execute and deliver our product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, design and executive teams to bring customers facing technical products and ensure their success.

This senior level role demands strategic leadership, technical fluency, and a proven track record of successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Own the full lifecycle of new product introductions, from ideation through go-to-market execution.

+ Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.

+ Identify emerging technologies and business models to expand product capabilities and differentiate offerings.

+ Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy.

+ Identify, analyze and integrate new technologies and business models to expand product capabilities

+ Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.

+ Provide technical mentorship and support to the development team, helping to resolve technical issues and make decisions that align with the product vision.

+ Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing to ensure seamless development and launch of high-quality products.

+ Leverage data to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

+ Engage with customers through various channels to capture feedback, identify product issues, and advise product development.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within a technology-focused company.

+ Proven track record of launching customer-facing software products from concept to market.

+ Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional global teams.

The pay range for this role is **$104,800** to **$158,250** USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
