    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

    Baystate Health is hiring **Licensed Respiratory Therapists** to join our dedicated **inpatient care team** at our **Level I Trauma Center** . Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across **Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal** populations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders that affect breathing and cardiopulmonary function.

    Your responsibilities include:

    + Airway and ventilator management in **Adult, Pediatric, and NICU** populations

    + Participation on our **Neonatal Transport Team**

    + Rapid response support during **Trauma Alerts** , **Code Blues** , and **emergency calls**

    + Performing diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluations and therapeutic procedures

    + Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – **Required**

    + Certified Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts – **Required**

    + Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – **Preferred**

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – **Required**
