    We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Cook** to join our culinary team, specializing in crafting high-end sandwiches and vibrant, gourmet salads. This is a weekday-only position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen and takes pride in presentation, flavor, and consistency.

     

    **Job Title:** Cook – High-End Sandwich & Salad Specialist

    **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, Daytime Hours

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and assemble premium sandwiches and salads using fresh, seasonal ingredients

    + Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization

    + Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items

    + Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

    + Manage prep work efficiently to meet daily service demands

    + Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed

    + Uphold a positive and professional kitchen environment

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in upscale or fast-casual environments

    + Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

    + Familiarity with dietary preferences and allergen awareness

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Passion for fresh ingredients and culinary creativity

    + ServSafe certification (preferred but not required)

    + Weekday schedule

    $23–$25 an hour (Based on Experience)
