At Lifetime Assistance, Inc., we're looking for a Community Integration Manager to guide our Day Habilitation team in creating meaningful, community-based experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Leading and mentoring a team of Community Integration Assistants

    + Planning engaging, personalized activities that help people connect and grow

    + Supporting individuals with daily needs and community outings

    + Keeping records organized and accurate

    + Promoting inclusion, independence, and joy - every step of the way

    What You Bring:

    + Supervisory experience in a Day Habilitation setting (required)

    + Associate degree in human services (with at least 6 months experience) - OR - High school diploma/GED with 1+ year of relevant experience

    + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to assist with physical support (up to 50 lbs)

    + A valid, clean NYS Driver's License
