    International (New Carlisle, IN)


    Position Overview

    International is seeking an Accounting Services Administrator to join our team at the International Proving Grounds in New Carlisle, Indiana supporting R&D Operations

     

    The Accounting Services Administrator helps facilitate AP/AR, Accounting, Vendor Relations/Communications and Material Ordering with Purchase Orders

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain/Update Vendor Contact List

    + Coordinate vendor profile updates

    + Vendor Liaison serves as link between vendors and customer to assist with Commercial (payment) status/issues, Review/submit invoices

    + Manage/Issue Site Purchase Orders

    + Material Planning/Ordering for MRO/Overhead Items

    + Maintain PO Accrual/Spend Tracking

    + Review Weekly Velocity Report and work to resolve any items in exceptions.

    + Liaison between Corporate AP/AR

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + At least 2 years of account services experience (managing internal/ external customer relationships)

    OR

    + Master’s Degree

    OR

    + At least 4 years of account services experience (managing internal/ external customer relationships)

    Additional Requirements

    + Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.     Desired Skills

     

    + Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including skills to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PPT.

    + Knowledge of data visualization strategies to explore, analyze, visualize, and present data (software such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus)

    + Awareness of and experience working in the corporate Finance & Accounting process.

    + Reliable at meeting deadlines and strong sense of urgency.

    + Excellent time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task.

    + Highly Collaborative Dynamic Team Environment
