What it takes:

+ Open to all majors, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields. Ideal candidates are those passionate about building a career in the dynamic world of financial services. Seeking December 2025 and May 2026 graduates.

+ Proven ability to lead and inspire others in both formal and informal settings, effectively manage multiple priorities, and achieve results

+ Learning agility to successfully pass the SIE and obtain the Series 7 and 63 within the time frame described in Vanguard’s FINRA Licensing Policy by utilizing resources and support provided by Vanguard

+ Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

+ Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for effective interaction with internal crew, stakeholders, and management.

+ Ability to effectively lead multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently, demonstrating strong project management skills.
