The Project Specialist will routinely work with large data sets and perform complex analyses that will drive business decisions. This Project Specialist works alongside and assists the Operations/Continuous Improvement Managers, Directors and VP of Operations to perform project management duties that support the initiation, planning, execution and completion of projects. *Minimum Requirements* *Education* Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, administration, or similar field or equivalent work experience. *Experience* Two to three years previous administrative work and analytics *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * • Robust understanding of advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, & Sumifs. • Strong organization skills and attention to detail will be critical. • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records • Solid computer skills including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Presents a positive attitude. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to be flexible with changes in schedule and locations • Ability to navigate through ambiguity to achieve results With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
