    Role Overview

     

    As a **Clinical Laboratory Scientist** , you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures

    + Prepare reagents and report results per policy

    + Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing

    + Maintain and monitor lab equipment, supplies, and computer systems

    + Deliver excellent customer service and communication

    + Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Certification & Licensure**

    + **Required:** Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

    + **Preferred:** ASCP Certification

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Associate’s degree

    + **Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree

    • **Experience**

    + **Preferred:** 1 year of laboratory experience
