+ The End User Compute Domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on engineering, management, and support of the hardware and software utilized by our team members for their daily job functions and for being more productive. This domain encompasses all productivity tool capabilities as well as end-user devices. This includes all telephony functions (Unified Communications), Audio Visual (meeting room experience), Desktop & Printer engineering, surveillance systems, as well as Productivity and collaboration tools (Email, Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, etc.).
What you'll do

+ Document technical work, products, and processes (e.g., code, scripts, workflows) according to organizational standards and best practices, ensuring clear, accessible documentation for ongoing and future work.
+ Perform root cause analysis on failures of services or systems maintained by your squad, identifying underlying issues, and prescribing detailed action items to mitigate future recurrence and improve system stability.
+ Ensure the security and availability of services and systems, prioritizing the closure of open vulnerabilities, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring systems are compliant with security standards and industry best practices.
+ Serve as the primary liaison for camera and video management systems, overseeing commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating installations with project managers and end users to ensure system reliability and performance.
+ Collaborate with network engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain video network infrastructure, ensuring optimized camera system design, smooth installations, and efficient performance across multiple platforms.
+ Implement and manage email security solutions including spam filtering, encryption systems, and other protective protocols, while providing ongoing technical support for SharePoint and email security issues in cloud-based environments.
+ Provide technical support for SharePoint and Microsoft services, troubleshooting issues, integrating SharePoint with third-party systems and enterprise applications, and automating business processes using PowerApps and SharePoint Designer (SPFx).
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting large-scale solutions in production environments

+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration: Troubleshoot and configure network settings to support audio-visual systems, including familiarity with AVB (Audio Video Bridging), DANTE (Digital Audio Network Through Ethernet), and JPEG 2K video streaming technologies. Strong knowledge of video transport protocols and compression technologies
+ Proficiency in scripting, automation, development and developer tools (E.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Git/Github, VSCode, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript,).
+ Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking principles, and security protocols (TLS, SSL).
+ Relevant CompTIA (Network+, Server+, Security+) or Microsoft Certification, a plus.
+ Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and email security technologies (DLP, anti-phishing solutions, encryption methods).
+ Knowledge of DNS records relevant to email configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
+ Proficiency in working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Power Platform for custom integrations.
+ Basic level Technical Support for Voice Systems, CUCM, Unity, MRA, and RedSky E911, Microsoft Teams Phone System.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
