    Our client, a dynamic logistics provider, is seeking a Shipping / Receiving to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem solving and good interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Shipping / Receiving

    **Location:** Peabody, MA (Facility will relocate to Salem, NH within 6 months)

    **Pay Range:** $20-$21 an hour

     

    Temp to Perm Opportunity!

     

    **Schedule:** Flexible Start Time (6AM-7AM) with every other Friday off

    **Mon–Thu:** 9 hours/day

    **One Friday:** 8 hours

    **Alternate Friday:** Off

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle packing and shipping of service parts with attention to quality.

    + Create outbound orders and manage backlog to ensure timely fulfillment.

    + Quickly pick, pack, and ship high-priority items.

    + Monitor urgent deliveries and escalate when needed using SAP and Choice Portal.

    + Support problem-solving in shipping/receiving and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 1 year of Shipping/Receiving experience.

    + Experience with packing and shipping service parts to meet quality standards.

    + Ability to manage outbound orders and monitor backlog for timely fulfillment and skilled in handling urgent requests with speed and accuracy.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of shipping compliance regulations.
