Manpower Engineering, and I’m currently hiring for a CNC Field Service Engineer to support clients in the Buffalo and Syracuse territory. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company known for its cutting-edge CNC technology and strong customer relationships.

Position Highlights:

+ Perform on-site and remote service for CNC machine tools, including maintenance, repair, and installation throughout Buffalo and Syracuse areas.

+ Collaborate with customer service engineers and provide training and support on newer product lines.

+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing service documentation and reports.

+ Travel up to 50% within the region; work from home or the Technical Center when not on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of CNC machines.

+ Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.

+ Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens controls is a plus.

+ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

+ Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly.

+ Degree in a technical field preferred (Associate or Bachelor’s).

+ Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
