    Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for an **Admin Asst/Patient Registration** position in Palo Alto, CA. This is a full-time opportunity with the hours being 2:30pm – 11pm, Monday through Friday (training will be 8am -5pm for 2-3 weeks M-F)

    FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtaining Patient Demographic Information

    • Obtaining Insurance information and patient eligibility

    • Obtaining Patient signatures on all legal documents

    • Obtaining Patient co-pays and deductibles

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High School Graduate or equivalent required

    + High school diploma. AA degree preferred. Second language preferred

    • Typing 30 wpm.

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Able to use multiple computer programs simultaneously

    • Able to work at both stationary and mobile workstations, requiring sitting and standing.

    • Able to work collaboratively with a culturally diverse staff in a highly sensitive and stressful environment.

    **Pay range for this opportunity is $27.25 - $30 based on experience** .

    **Pay Details:** $27.25 to $30.00 per hour
