    Pay Rate: $21/hour

     

    Department: Adult Medicine

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shift within this window)

     

    Additional Hours: 1–2 Saturdays per month

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Medical Assistant to join our Adult Medicine team. This role involves supporting clinical operations by assisting with patient care and administrative tasks in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform back-office clinical duties

    + Room patients and prepare them for provider visits

    + Take and record vital signs accurately

    + Update and maintain patient charts and records

    + Verify and manage patient documentation

    + Utilize Athena EMR for charting and documentation

     

    Note: Phlebotomy is not required as there is an onsite lab.

    Qualifications:

    + Medical Assistant certification preferred

    + Experience with Athena EMR is a plus

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
