    Job Title: Phlebotomist

     

    Schedule Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

    Overview

    We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented phlebotomist to join our team in a busy and supportive doctor's office in Goodyear. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity, Monday through Friday, ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical setting and is passionate about patient care and laboratory excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Collect and receive biological specimens with accuracy and care

    + Enter specimen data into the company’s computer system

    + Prepare and distribute samples for analytical testing

    + Perform assigned analytical tests as needed

    + Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including the Code of Conduct

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience (Note: donor, plasma, and MA phlebotomy do not qualify)

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong proficiency in blood draws, specimen collection, and lab procedures

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in specimen processing and direct patient care

    + Candidates should not have previously worked on this specific project

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
