    Job Title: Superintendent Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee small commercial medical facility renovation projects. The role is primarily based in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia, with occasional projects in Maryland. The initial assignments will be located in Northern Virginia.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the renovation of small commercial medical facilities from conception to completion.

    + Coordinate with team members on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

    + Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

    + Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

    + Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status.

    Essential Skills

    + 1.5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a Superintendent.

    + Experience in managing small interiors projects, preferably in medical or dental facilities.

    + Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with interiors and construction projects.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Work Environment

    This role requires full-time presence on-site, collaborating closely with team members in a dynamic field environment. The individual will be part of a close-knit team working on exciting renovation projects.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Purcellville, Virginia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
