    Your Role Includes:

    + Supporting technicians and customers with accurate parts selection

    + Managing inventory and processing orders efficiently

    + Handling returns and warranty claims professionally

    + Providing top-tier customer service in person and over the phone

    What You Bring:

    + Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate

    + Basic understanding of automotive systems and components

    + Dealership service experience is helpful

    + Automotive certifications are a bonus

    + Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
