    Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager

    + Familiarity with CDK and Darwin systems (preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and compliance standards

    + Proven track record of high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

    + Ability to multitask in a high-volume dealership environment
