    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing their professional and personal schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be an exceptional listener, and have the confidence to share business-driving ideas. This role goes beyond typical administrative duties, contributing to the company's growth and success.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Manage all activities in Outlook, including maintaining contact databases and managing professional and personal calendars and schedules.

    + Anticipate the CEO’s forward calendar needs and develop advance briefing materials.

    + Update and maintain the company’s Accountability Chart for all divisions.

    + Compile reports and updates by pulling information from systems and soliciting input from functional personnel.

    + Complete special projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, monitoring progress, and solving problems.

    + Communicate with internal colleagues and external counterparties with grace, diplomacy, and poise.

    + Maintain awareness of special projects and corporate priorities to assist the CEO.

    + Handle confidential information and materials with solid judgment and discretion.

    + Manage expense reporting and selected personal financial and administrative matters for the CEO.

    + Assist with general office administration, including office management, setup/tear down of office spaces, inventory, cleaning, and room reservation management.

    + Plan and execute all aspects of the company’s Annual Incentive Trip.

    + Lead strategic initiatives that support and enhance the company’s culture and long-term success.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
