    Your Role at KIK

     

    This multifaceted role supports sales reporting, event coordination, training programs, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. Responsibilities include compiling sales reports, managing trade show logistics, overseeing virtual training through an LMS, creating social media content, and organizing charitable initiatives. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across internal teams and external partners.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + **Sales & Reporting:**

    + Run and compile monthly sales reports for internal use and vendor distribution

    + Ensure sales data accuracy and provide timely reporting

    + Maintain records and respond to vendor inquiries

    + **Event Planning & Execution:**

    + Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows and dealer events

    + Manage attendee registration, hotel blocks, booth setup, and materials ordering

    + Serve as on-site or remote support to ensure smooth event execution

    + Track timelines, vendor orders, and budgets

    + **Virtual Programs & Training:**

    + Manage the scheduling, communication, and logistics of the Virtual Sales Program series

    + Oversee setup and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support internal and external training initiatives

    + Maintain an organized inventory of all learning content across three brands

    + Ensure content is properly tagged, categorized, and aligned with brand-specific learning paths

    + Coordinate with the Director of Training to update or retire outdated materials

    + Monitor content usage, learner engagement, and completion rates

    + Generate regular reports on content performance and identify gaps

    + Fulfill rewards and recognition as levels of certification are achieved

    + **Marketing & Social Media:**

    + Create and manage content calendars and posts for brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

    + Monitor engagement and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns

    + **Corporate Social Responsibility:**

    + Support and coordinate charitable initiatives, including the **Step Into Swim** program

    + Liaise with partners and internal stakeholders to manage logistics and communications for charity events and activities

    + Other duties as required

    What You’ll Bring

    + At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or marketing related roles

    + Strong project management and organizational skills

    + Experience with social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram)

    + Familiarity with LMS systems and virtual event tools is a plus

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

    + Self-starter with attention to detail and a team-first mindset
