    Position Overview:

    *SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000. Available to external candidates in accordance with the Sutter Health policy. Plus possible relocation assistance. *See job requirements below for bonus eligibility details.

     

    Performs routine and specialized cardiac catheterization procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment, and uses clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

    EDUCATION:

    + Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

    + OR Graduation from an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist program

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

    + ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologists

    + CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist

    + RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy

    + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

    EXPERIENCE** **:

    + 2+ years of direct cardiac cath lab experience.

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT, NOT SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

    + ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologists

    + RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy

    + CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist

    + OR RCIS-Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

    + OR CVT-Certified Vascular Technologist

    + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

    Pay Range is $64.56 to $80.70 / hour

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
