General Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Digital Experience Lead to support BBG Advanced Therapies, a subsidiary of BioBridge Global. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on building connections, capturing compelling content, and elevating brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts, by coordinating digital campaigns, maintaining our web presence, managing social media, and supporting content creation, all to increase brand awareness, which generates leads that convert to opportunities.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Develop and execute engaging digital content and strategies across web, social media, and multimedia platforms.
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce or other marketing and sales platforms (e.g LinkedIn or others).
Capture and curate authentic stories from within BBG Advanced Therapies, showcasing our people, thought leadership, services, differentiators, mission, and impact.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce or other marketing and sales platforms.
Support website content updates, landing page creation, and SEO optimization. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and engaging content.
Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and best practices to propose new ideas and enhancements.
Assist in competitor and market research to inform strategy and execution.
Support event promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Build strong relationships across departments to foster trust and encourage content sharing.
Stay deeply engaged with the industry BBG Advanced Therapies serves, identifying trends and opportunities to amplify our voice.
Manage content calendars, campaigns, and performance analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Create and maintain multimedia, including photo galleries, slideshows and videos embedded in Web pages.
Set up new site pages/sections and campaign landing pages for website.
Act as digital and social media strategist to ensure all content is readable, relevant and searchable.
Track and report on site metrics and continuously make recommendations on enhancements that will improve results. Provide analysis of reports.
Monitor, audit, and assess the effectiveness of digital and social media efforts, and recommend content optimization strategies across all digital and social channels.
Track online conversations about organization taking place in social media platforms to identify trends, monitor influencers and identify opportunities to engage, respond or forge new relationships.
Keep up-to-date on all web and branding guidelines and standards. Work with communications team to ensure that proper guidelines are followed across all digital channels as well as printed materials.
Perform image manipulation tasks such as creating thumbnails, image resize, file format conversion and image edits.
Maintain strong integrity, ethics, and credibility in communications activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
The preferred major is communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, digital media or related discipline.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Texas Operators Driver’s License
Experience
Requires one year of digital marketing or related role.
Requires graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools).
Requires experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Requires HTML/SCC basics.
Requires video editing experience.
Requires experience in content creation, including writing, photography, video production and editing.
Preferred experience in working with a marketing agency and maintaining website, social media profiles in a business environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus. Familiarity with modern content creation tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and modern content creation tools (AI tools etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge
Must have the ability to connect deeply with an industry, keeping an eye on emerging trends and audience interests.
Must acquire a working knowledge of BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries’ programs, computer applications and the Electronic Project Request Form (ePRF) system.
Must have knowledge of using Salesforce tools, or other sales and marketing programs, that provide monitoring and measurement of social media and digital engagement.
Skills
Must interact professionally with internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.
Must demonstrate proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact or others).

Must serve as a natural storyteller with a passion for digital media and community engagement to tell the BBG Advanced Therapy story, mission, purpose, and differentiators.
Working Environment
Must have extreme comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast paced evolving environment. Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.
