ABOUT YOU
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a strategic, people-focused professional who brings clarity, integrity, and purpose to every stage of the hiring process. You excel at building strong relationships, advising with confidence, and creating inclusive, seamless experiences for both candidates and stakeholders. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of organizational goals, you stay responsive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with clarity, and ensure hiring practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with long-term impact.
What you will do:
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for union, administrative, and management positions by partnering with hiring managers, budget teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a compliant, efficient, and seamless hiring process.
+ Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that leverage diverse channels and professional networks to broaden candidate pools.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design effective recruitment strategies, maintain strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
+ Drive continuous improvement by utilizing talent acquisition systems, analyzing recruitment data, supporting cross-functional projects, and contributing to training and best practices.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a Human Resources environment.
+ Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including managing candidate pipelines and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
