    Grade Level: Pre-K - 5th

     

    Start Date: August 25th - June 15th 2026 / 8:00AM - 3:30PM

     

    Salary Range: $59,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide therapy and intervention services to students

    + Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills

    + Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication

    + Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families

    + Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

    Caseload Details:

    + Blended caseload of students with a range of communication disorders and severity levels

    + Many students with articulation and language delays, and some students with Autism and other low-incidence disabilities

    + Ages Pre-k - 5th, however, the clinicians determine how to split students as a group, and this can determine if there are certain classrooms/age groups for the role.

    + Anticipated caseload of 35-40 students

    + District utilizes a weighted caseload model to help adjust caseloads and account for students who may require more attention with service minutes and meetings

    + Access to shared office space

    Qualifications

    + Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

    + MD Department of Health SLP License

    + Experience with elementary school populations strongly preferred

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
