Salary Range: $62,000 – $78,000 (based on experience)
About the Opportunity:
AnthroMed Education is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support our school partner in Reading, PA for the 2025–2026 school year. With 11 open positions across the district, there are a variety of opportunities available based on each clinician's preference, including elementary, middle, and high school settings. Whether you're passionate about working with younger learners, middle schoolers, or adolescents, we’re confident we can match you with a caseload that aligns with your interests and skills. Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of your preference (Elementary, Middle, or High School students)
+ Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
+ Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
+ Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff
+ Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
+ Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning
Caseload Information:
+ Caseloads range from 50–60 students, varying in age and diagnosis
+ Assignments are available in 3 elementary schools, 5 middle schools, and 1 high school
+ Options to work with a specific age group or disorder type based on personal interest
+ Office space and scheduling details will vary by building
Qualifications:
+ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
+ Valid Pennsylvania SLP License
+ Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate
+ School-based experience preferred, but not required
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
