Roush is currently looking for a General Laborer to complete a variety of tasks within our Engine Build Department.  This is an entry level position that may lead to a career in skilled trades.

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:

+ Performing general manual labor tasks, including use of hand tools and support of team members during jobs

+ Meeting daily goals

+ Identifying any hazards as observed for safety of personnel and equipment

+ Communicating issues with supervisors

+ Performing any other duties as assigned including shop clean-up

To be considered as a General Laborer, you will need:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 18 years of age or older

+ Experience working in a shop environment or equivalent military experience

+ Dependable transportation

+ Availability to work overtime and overtime and weekends when necessary

+ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record

+ Self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to learn

A successful General Laborer may also have:

+ 1 year of experience working in a shop environment or equivalent military experience

+ Valid driver's license

+ Experience operating a hi-lo

+ Experience packing and shipping parts

+ Knowledge or hand tools
