Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Training Program Owner is responsible for the effectiveness of the Training Program at Columbus Engine Center. This position will be responsible to develop and deliver training to help improve the knowledge base of MRO and Quality Systems related activities and requirements.

What You Will Do:

+ Define strategy, plan and execute Training Program to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal and customer requirements.

+ Analyzes and makes recommendations for the implementation and execution training program initiatives

+ Define, plan, and execute improvement projects to improve the training program at CEC to include, but not limited to:

+ Train the Trainer

+ Inspector Training

+ Quality/Engineering Core Curriculum

+ Recurrent Training Update

+ Product Safety (CEC Specific)

+ Provides research and guidance effective ways to train employees

+ Identify training needs and develop/update value-added training to deliver

+ Increases the sustainability of the training program by developing a robust digital solution for the management of training program and job codes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience; or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience to include Training Development

+ Turbine engine overhaul, repair, manufacturing employee leadership

+ SAP Familiarization

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Experience with project organization and planning.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver training and presentations across all levels of the organization

+ PC Skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software preferred. (Specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Windows 97).

This role is:

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
