Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Transfer raw materials, colorants, and packaging to designated storage areas.

+ Respond promptly to requests on the Andon board.

+ Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation and ensure timely delivery to service cells.

+ Transfer materials to production lines as required.

+ Accurately identify raw materials needed to support production.

+ Move finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) products from processing to specified locations as necessary.

+ Construct skids as required for production.

+ Maintain inventory control of raw materials, including weighing materials upon return from production, documenting inventory, and returning items to physical stock.

+ Uphold cleanliness and organization in warehouse areas.

+ Assist in the implementation of the 5S program.

+ Participate in monthly inventory assessments.

+ Comply with policies and procedures related to facility or divisional standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001.

+ Crosstrain in all shipping and receiving operations.

+ Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ **Must be trained and licensed to operate a powered industrial truck, sit down and stand up.**

+ Proficient in using hand-held scanning devices.

+ Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Basic working knowledge of computers for data input and retrieval.

+ Ability to interact effectively with production cells.

+ Capable of completing tasks under tight deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

+ Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the manufacturing floor.

+ May require working hours exceeding 8 hours per day or 5 days per week.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
