Job Summary and Qualifications

+ The Vice President of Quality Management has the oversight responsibility for Quality and Performance Improvement, Risk and Patient Safety, Infection Control and Prevention, and compliance with Regulatory and Accreditation requirements.

+ You will integrate all the functions of the department in improving the overall performance of the organization.

+ As a member of the executive team, you will assist with business planning related to quality.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

+ Bachelor’s Degree required.

+ Post Graduate Degree preferred.

+ License - RN

+ Knowledge of state, federal, TJC regulations.

+ Knowledge of Texas Nurse Practice Act and Safe Harbor.

+ Knowledge of PDCA or other Continuous Quality Improvement Methodology.

+ 3-5 years as Clinician.
