The Regional Senior Security Manager (RAM) assumes a multifaceted leadership role, overseeing the delivery of guard service operations and security programs within the client’s Austin, TX footprint. This role ensures operational excellence, fosters client satisfaction, and drives team performance across multiple sites. The RAM is responsible for managing scheduling, staffing, billing, training, compliance, and other operational aspects, while serving as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns.

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $ **114,000** , in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

**Key Responsibilities** :
1. Oversee day-to-day security operations for multiple client sites across 3 states.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
3. Manage staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
4. Ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting for all client accounts.
5. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to meet company and client standards.
6. Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as client contractual requirements.
7. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to security personnel to promote professional development and high performance.
8. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to maintain operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
9. Resolve conflicts or incidents effectively, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to support business objectives.
**Qualifications** :
+ Proven experience in security operations management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of security personnel.
+ Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
+ Knowledge of security industry best practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
+ Experience with staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
+ Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
+ Preferred Qualifications:
+ Military or law enforcement background.
+ Experience in a corporate security or contracted security services environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant management experience with increasing responsibility within the private sector security industry or related public sector.
3. Professional certification, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred.
4. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Persuasive and articulate leader able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of security personnel and Client colleagues.
6. Effective project management and organizational skills to oversee complex projects.
7. Excellent team building, collaboration, communication, and presentation skill
