Our client, an industrial manufacturer is seeking a General Manager to join their team. This environment is highly engineered - High Mix, Low Volume. The General Manager (GM) is the driving force behind the effective and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. The GM leads the organization forward, drives continuous improvement, and promotes a positive work environment for the team. The GM ensures we safely produce quality products on-time and within budget.

Job Title: General Manager

Pay Range: $160,000-$190,000/Yearly + Bonus

Will pay relocation

What’s the Job?

+ Direct Reports: Managers - Operations X 5, Materials X 1; Schedulers X 2

+ Strategic Planning & Implementation.

+ Operational Management & Efficiency.

+ Manage $75million dollars in P&L

+ Leadership & developing teams

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelors Degree or higher

+ Leadership Experience in Industrial Manufacturing including cross-functional expertise.

+ 10 years’ progressive in operations, manufacturing engineering, or quality. E.g., General Mgr, Operations Mgr, Manufacturing Engineering Mgr, or Quality Mgr.

+ Scope minimum led manufacturing with Sales > $25M and associates > 50 in a complex environment

+ P&L experience and/or large budget $XXM responsibility.
